Negative Layers
- Account-level: universal exclusions (jobs, free, DIY)

Weekly Search Term Workflow
- Pull search terms by spend and conversions.
- Tag terms as keep, test, or exclude.
- Add negatives with proper match type.
- Document rationale for major exclusions.
