Fit Scoring Dimensions

  • Offer-market clarity
  • Margin and budget viability
  • Tracking maturity
  • Internal responsiveness and decision speed
  • Operational capacity to handle incremental leads or orders

Red Flags (Disqualify or Defer)

  • No measurable conversion event available
  • Budget too low for market CPC reality
  • Unwillingness to share sales quality feedback
  • Unrealistic outcomes in under 30 days

Decision Outcomes

  • Accept: score above threshold and no critical blockers
  • Conditional Accept: blockers exist but can be resolved pre-launch
  • Defer/Decline: structural constraints make delivery high risk
